204. Seandainya kita mengecualikan kesemua penyakit kronik yang disebabkan oleh cara hidup yang tidak sihat (Para 77) dan semua penyakit ubat-ubatan (Para 74), kebanyakan baki penyakit kronik adalah disebabkan oleh tiga miasma iaitu sikosis, sifilis dan paling banyak, psora.

 If we exclude all chronic diseases that are caused by unhealthy living (Para. 77) and all medicinal diseases (Para. 74), most of the remainder of chronic diseases, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, are caused by the three miasms, sycosis, syphilis, and a greater proportion, psora.
