freedom of mind, higher spirits. The opposite is seen in an aggravation.

Doktor yang teliti pemerhatiannya menyedari perubahan
ini walaupun ia mungkin tidak disedari/diakui pesakit.
The observing physician will note these changes while the patient might
not.
255. Jika anda mendapati tiada perubahan simptom
tetapi minda dan fi'il perangai pesakit semakin maju, ia bermakna penyakit
sudah berkurangan atau penawar itu memerlukan sedikit masa untuk bertindak
sepenuhnya. Ia mungkin juga kerana terdapat halangan kepada kesembuhan atau
dosnya belum cukup kecil.
If you go through the case point by point and notice no changes in
symptoms, but the patient's disposition is better, the medicine might just need
more time to act, there might be an obstacle to cure, or the dose was not small
enough.
